Merry Christmas and Best Wishes to all! I fell a bit under the weather yesterday so this post comes “later better than never:)”. I did some quick sketches showing quick and unpretentious outfits if you are The Hostess and utilizing clothing you might already have in your wardrobe – a pleated maxi skirt in chiffon or georgette to offset a casual (but sexy) V-neck sweater. Very comfy, yet allows you to run around and do what hostesses do – make all of us feel warm and fuzzy inside:) The second outfit features a shawl collar wrap sweater, worn over silky underpiece (for fancy) and ponte leggings or an easy pant with a crease. Flats are elegant and easy on your feet. When it comes to color deep Bordeaux or crimson feel much more modern to me these days than classic red.
